Class Activity 1: Introduction to BA (10 minutes)
Based on the class discussion comparing Waterfall and RUP.Waterfall proposes all three developments happening in parallel in three months.
RUP proposes one development at a time in three months.Think outside the box and identify as many advantages of RUP over Waterfall.
Stick to the construction example. Do NOT get into any Software Development / IT speak.
The goal is to identify the advantages of RUP over Waterfall, NOT advantages of Waterfall.
